What We Do

Brief History

Our journey began with aiming at teenagers in effort to find ways to help them understand their career aptitude and become academically self-efficient. In 2002, based on most up-to-date research and founding in various areas of science, group of researchers led by Dr. Ahn, who is a renowned researcher and pioneer in the field of Brain cognition study in Korea, came up with three-dimensional multi-index aptitude model that can classify the brain orientation and aptitude of an individual into 8,192 types called, 'BOSI Test'.

In 2004, we launched MSC Brain Academy in Seoul, Korea, specializing in cognitive brain development of 9 to 15 year old students. It was first ever established brain academy in Korea where we adopted BOSI tests for younger generation in order to help them understand their innate aptitude and develop their weaknesses. à Click here to learn more about ‘Brain Enhancement Program’

Since then, we have assessed and helped more than 300,000 students in Korea. The effectiveness of our enhancement program was also introduced through EBS (Educational Broadcasting System) documentary, ‘The Miracle of Education in 180 Days’. Today, our brain academy has expanded nationwide, helping more than 5,000 students every month in 7 different locations in Korea alone.

In 2008, with accumulated study case of over 120,000 individuals, we further modified our test module and reformulated it for business industry to find out not only the cognitive aptitude of the members within, but also their right jobs and social compatibility with others. With this new form of test called, ‘COCA’ (Cognitive Orientation and Competency Assessment), we mostly worked with institutions and public organizations as well as private corporations helping them accurately assess their members and employees and providing them solutions on how to increase job efficiency and job satisfaction while minimizing work related stress. In 2015, in collaboration with Korean government and major universities, we launched ‘Brain Coaching for Startups Program’ to help those fresh college graduates and young entrepreneurs. Using our ‘COBI’ (Cognitive Orientation and Behavior Index) model which is an adult version of BOSI, we established a coaching center specifically designed to provide advisory services for those who are about to start their first career (and even those who want to change their career) so that they can make suitable career decisions or form better team for their new business. Where We Headed

Due to popular demand of our assessment tools from remote geographic areas where cannot readily reach and provide our services in person, we developed online app solutions to cater various and specific needs for users in other countries.

In 2016, our first online app called ‘Dream DNA’ was launched in app market. It was specially designed to cater both students and their parents for them not only to realize their innate potentials but also to understand each other.

In the following year after our first successful launch of online app, we developed another purpose-specific online app called, ‘SVTN – Silicon Valley Teaming Network.’ As the name indicates, it is designed to cater those who are in search of right ‘team member’ for their projects or companies by matching their assessment results with others and showing compatibility scores.
