New area that is rapidly growing in demand for our analysis tool is team matching program for small business and startup business owners. Apart from career counseling, our primary role in small business and startup incubation is to help the candidates understand their strengths and weaknesses in business world, and, more importantly, to find right partners and staff who can fulfill their weakness and enhance the viability of their startup business. This is so critical especially for younger startup candidates who have great idea/product, but limited resources and field experience. In collaboration with government agencies and academic institutions in Korea, we were able to successfully launch the program in major universities, and became a permanent program in some universities. In recognition of its proven effectiveness , the National Army of Korea officially adopted the program for their military personnel development program.

In effort to provide more easily accessible career coaching and team matching tools for the general public as well as the people in different countries, we developed and launched our first mobile platform application called, 'SVTN - Silicon Valley Teaming Network' in 2015. With integrated COBI mobile test and our unique matching algorithm, its primary purpose was to offer users instant results of COBI assessment together with people matching features so the users can instantly measure compatibility with other users both online and offline.

To broaden the spectrum of our services overseas, we upgraded our mobile & web application to cater the need of people who seek for not only one-on-one people matching but also up to 5-on-1 multiple team matching tool. With this new mobile application, namely 'Alpha Team,' users can conveniently form a team of up to 6 members with the compatibility of each task being measured for corresponding members. Whether the team is for a new startup business or for a short-term project base, new starters can use it to recruit right team members for each job, and existing team can understand the dynamics within the team members and find ways to maximize the efficiency of teamwork.
